I’m looking to see if there is an actual kind of mythological creature that is similar to a Khajiit (from the Elderscrolls series). Like a minotaur or a werewolf but a half man half feline.

Names for female cat?
Sooo. asked:
I know it’s the wrong section but I’ll hopefully get more answers.
Female cat, tabby (orange and white stripes). Around a year old. Big green eyes. Very cute. JUST adopted from the pet shelter. I’d like a UNIQUE and cute name for her, ie NO Muffin, Buttons, Mrs. Kitty and so on.
thanks!

Should I introduce a new kitten and how?
m0uche asked:
I have a 5 month old female moggy and a 1 year old Shih Tzu. They are the best of friends and do everything together. They are both extremely friendly animals and my dog is very gentle with cats, once he gets to know them
My Aunt’s Bengal cat had kittens and they are going to be ready next week. She would really like to give me and my fiance one as a gift and I absolutely love Bengals, but I am unsure whether this would be ok to introduce another animal into our home. We have a good sized garden and plenty of space for another furry friend. Is there an optimal time for introducing pets to new pets? And what is the best way to introduce a new kitty to a dog?
Thanks

How do cats do with multiple moves?
starchild asked:
I have two cats. I adopted them when they were pretty young and they have been together since birth, brothers. I am getting ready to move to another state to begin school and then in another two years I will be moving again to finish this program. I am concerned about them handling my multiple moves. I am even more worried about trying to find them a good home. I am all they have known, and they have to stay together. Any recommendations on finding good homes or moving with cats?

Cat help? {courtesy question, asked on behalf of friend without computer}?
cat lady asked:
My friend’s aunt bought a Bengal cat without realizing they were illegal in her state. She got the cat spayed and kept her indoors at all times for 3 years. Then, one night she had her neighbors over. The rude people behaved horribly and, after seeing the cat, asked the breed. A week later, 2 animal control officers showed up at her door. They wanted her to get rid of the cat and turn her over to them. She ordered them off her property because they did not have a search warrant. She does not know what to do. She cannot afford to move because of her job, and she is very much attached to her cat. She thinks that animal control will kill the cat if they can. What can she do?

How do I keep my feline family members out of my house plants?
phluttr_bye asked:
I have several different species of Ivy throughout my house, and none of them are getting enough sunlight. I want to move them to the only window I have that allows for morning to midafternoon light, and I would like to put them on a decorative table, problem is that my girls (my cats) LOVE to get any to any kind of plant I have. How do I keep them from eating, laying on and digging in my house plants? Do not suggest anything that will harm them, that is out of the question! Thank you all for the help!
I will not get rid of my cats! They rule the roost in my house. Water does not work due to the fact that I have cats who like to play in water. I cant hang the plants because they do not get enough sun ( old house, small windows, lots of paneling). Keep the answers coming.. so far so good, you all have given me lots of ideas!

My cat has a consistent dried and crusty nose. No snot or other symptoms–just very dry. Any ideas?
Bottlecracker asked:
We rescued two cats this past spring from the wild fires here in Northern California. The older one, a Bengal, about two years old has a consistently dried out and crusty nose. It does not run and he is very healthy. We have tried an organic and edible body cream on it but it does no good. We had him to the vet twice since we got him, but she didn’t seem concerned. I only am because he loves to touch noses and I worry about him. Any ideas?
