One of my cats ran away for two days, what precautions should I take?

When she left, she was in heat. She does not have any cuts or wounds, nor does she have fleas or ticks. However, I have kept her away from our other cat for fear of transmitted diseases. I am planning on taking her to the vet tomorrow morning, but how long will it take for any tests to come back for things like FIV and FeLV? I am sure my two cats want to see each other again. Am I being too paranoid? Does anyone know how expensive it is to get a cat tested for various things?
I am not worried that she is pregnant, I can deal with that.

She beats up all the toms cats, who are 3 times bigger than her. And the toms do fight w/ other cats but they back down from her. She eats first. If they try to eat first, she pops them on the head & they back off. She runs at them & they back off. What do ya think?

Next door neighbors have 5 cats. There are many more in my neighborhood and they all roam free. I have a dog but my yard is not fenced so he cannot be outside unless I am with him. I have motion sensor lights that turn on when a cat enters my yard and I go out and throw water on them which works when I am home or not asleep. I cleaned uo 30 “piles” this week!!! Help!
